Returns: What is your Returns policy?

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, all items, excluding Personalised items, can be returned to us for an exchange or a full refund subject to the following conditions::

1. Items are returned in their original condition, including packaging

2. Items are returned within 30 days of order date

3. Items are authorised for return: You must Contact Us before sending items back so that we can approve the return, which will help to speed up the processing of your order against your account.
   

Where the item is damaged, faulty or supplied in error by us, we will exchange the item or refund the full purchase price. 

Where the item was ordered in error it may be returned to us for a full refund, but you will bear the cost of return postage.

Your right to cancel your order

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of placing your order.

As with our returns policy, please Contact Us to advise us of your wish to cancel your order, so that we can approve returns for any items which have already been dispatched. This will help to speed up the processing of any refunds due.
